Live Streaming Case Studies & Broadcast Projects Across the UK

Welcome to our Live Streaming Case Studies. Here, we showcase a range of live-streaming and broadcast projects delivered across the UK. Moreover, each case study highlights how we solve technical challenges and create reliable, high-quality event coverage.

Why Our Case Studies Matter

Case studies help potential clients see our work in action. They also show how we plan, film and stream events of every size. As a result, visitors understand our process and the quality we deliver.
Unfortunately we can’t show you everything. A vast amount of our work is private and confidential so we are sure you will understand that we don’t share everything. We would extend the same courtesy to your projects too. On ocassions, with client permissions we may be able to share certain things privately, so if you don’t see something along similar lines to your future project, please ask as we may be able to gain a private viewing for you.

What You’ll Learn From Each Project

Every live streaming case study covers a full breakdown of the event:

  • Event background — the client, the venue and the goals.

  • Technical requirements — the challenges and the streaming needs.

  • Our solution — the crew, equipment and workflow we used.

  • The final result — the delivery quality and viewer outcome.

  • Key insights — what we learned and how we improved the process.

Therefore, each project gives a clear picture of the work involved and the results achieved.

Highlights From Recent Projects

We have delivered a wide range of live-streaming and broadcast projects, including:

  • Arenacross Tour indoor motorcycle shows with full multi-camera coverage.

  • Multi-venue streaming at the Hay Festival.

  • Large summer concerts and fireworks events for the Battle Proms series.

  • Daily arena shows at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

  • Broadcast coverage for major choral performances at the Three Choirs Festival.

Furthermore, these examples show our ability to adapt to different venues, audiences and technical demands.

Armistice Day Parade – Bedworth, Warwickshire

Each year, Bedworth hosts one of the UK’s largest and most respected Armistice Day parades, held at the exact hour, day and month every year.
It was an honour to provide the live broadcast coverage of this important national event.

Our role included:

  • Multi-camera coverage of the parade

  • Full live stream delivery

  • Audio mixing for commentary and ceremonial sound

  • On-site engineering and technical support

  • Rapid setup and broadcast resilience

This event demands precision, respect and technical accuracy — qualities our team brings to every production.

Three Choirs Festival – Multi-Camera Classical Music Production

The Three Choirs Festival, recognised as the oldest choral festival in the world, is now in its 297th year. For the past four seasons, Bubble Production has delivered its multi-camera filming, live relay and technical production, supporting one of the UK’s most prestigious classical music events.

Despite the scale and complexity of the festival, our experienced team of just four specialists — Music Director, Vision Director, Vision Engineer and Camera Operator — delivers a seamless, broadcast-quality classical music production.

To capture the performances with clarity and musical detail, we deploy a highly efficient camera system, including:

  • Four robotic PTZ cameras operated remotely by our vision engineer

  • A 100x long-lens camera at the rear of the cathedral for detailed close-ups

  • Six fixed orchestra-level cameras positioned strategically among the musicians

One of the festival’s unique technical challenges is distributing real-time, zero-delay video feeds. Our team manages live relay to 24 audience screens across the cathedral, while also providing instant feeds to three conductor-view monitors for musicians positioned behind pillars or out of direct sight.

All vision mixing and camera direction is handled from OB2, guided by the Music Director who meticulously pre-marks every score before the festival begins. This preparation allows us to time every camera move to the music, ensuring that the coverage feels natural, musical and perfectly in sync with the performers.

“The Overlap” (As-Live Studio Recording)

One of many as-live productions we support, The Overlap brings together Gary Neville, Josh Denzel, Jamie Carragher and passionate fans from across England to discuss football.

This production involves:

  • Multi-camera studio setup with both visible and hidden cameras

  • Recording “as-live” to maintain broadcast pace and energy

  • Graphics, branding and finishing added in post-production

  • Live sound mixing for over 20 microphones

  • Audience coordination for up to 100 people

  • Precise camera blocking and studio coverage

Filmed in a Manchester studio, our crew deliver the broadcast-level quality expected for a show of this scale.
